Colle di San Bartolomeo is a sleepy little mountain village located above Cesio. The village is 620m above sea level on the border of Pieve di Teco and Cesium.
From up there you will have a wonderful view of the Impero and Arroscia Valley. In addition, you can start great tours from this point. The Ligurian hinterland has something to offer to everyone whether mountain biking, hiking or climbing.
There are also good possibilities for excursions for holiday makers who prefer to spend some cozy time together or just some quiet time with family. The provincial capital of Imperia is definitely worth a day’s trip. You can visit one of the museums here, do some bit of shopping or just hang out at the beach.
The small village is part of the Cesio Municipality in the Imperia Province. It was founded in the Middle Ages, and incorporated into Imperia Province in the 12th Century, after which it became part of the Cesio Municipality.
Colle di San Bartolomeo is part of the Cesio Municipality and is a village in the Imperia Province located in the Liguria region. There are several other villages near Colle di San Bartolomeo like: Calderara (4.8 km), Cessio (3.4 km) and Caravonica (4 km). When coming from Genoa, take the highway exit to Albenga then turn onto SP582 towards Colle di San Bartolomeo. From there take the SS453 then the SP20, and then follow SP21 to Colle di San Bartolomeo.
