History
Rometta is a locality in the Fivizzano municipality. The village was already inhabited right from early times and was then integrated into the Fivizzano municipality. A Castello was built to protect the inhabitants from attacks.

Rometta belongs to the Fivizzano municipality and is a locality in La Spezia province which lies in the Liguria region. In the vicinity of Rometta are several other villages like Gragnola (6.0 km), Cormezzano (3.5 km) and Collechia (4.9 km). From Genua take Strada Statale 1 Via Aurelia and follow Svincolo Genova Nervi A12/E80, after that take the A12/E80 up to Aulla, then take A15/E33 exit to Aulla and drive up to SS63 in Fivizzano.
