Right at the coast of Golfo Paradiso, only a few kilometres from the well-known towns of Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, between Recco and Sori, in the hamlet of Mulinetti, the beautiful â€œDependance Villa Royalâ€� features two levels and WLan access. This luxurious Dependance offers private access to the sea, only local residents can use it, from a closed off ground with two car parking spaces. From the street, the main entrance on the first floor leads directly into the spacious blue salon with dining room. A large glass front offers a spectacular view over the sea. From the hallway, you have access to the kitchen with storeroom and a guest toilet. The magnificent marble staircase leads down to the ground floor, which contains four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. From here, you have access to the two terraces, which invite to sunbathing and nice barbeque evenings. A park like path across the grounds leads to the boathouse of the owners, which is only a few meters away. Here, you can store your towels and other things, before you access the sea on the rockey beach. Warming up on one of the large rocky outcrops after taking a bath is a wonderful experience. In 1 km distance, you will find a large choice of restaurants, sandy beaches and shopping facilities in Recco.

Recco is easily accessible by train, the railways leads along the coast in the entire city. Private beach for residents only, this is a rocky beach.

Uns hat Recco sehr gut gefallen(Strandbesuch,Gelateria,Blackwave.it fÃ¼r Wellensurfen) "Ekom" nahegelegener Einkaufsladen fÃ¼r Lebensmittel. EraOra(eine kleine Bar am Corso Caribaldi)ist unbedingt zu besuchen.Traumhafte Lage...einmaliger Ausblick aufs Meer und den besten Moijto gibt es dazu Portofino ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Hundestrand(kostenpflichtig)in Genua ist nicht empfehlenswert.Viel zu teuer fÃ¼r das Gebotene. Chiavere war sehr schÃ¶n zum Einkaufen. Wichtig fÃ¼r alle Hundebesitze:an der ganzen ligurischen KÃ¼ste gilt kein Maulkorbgesetz fÃ¼r Hunde.Die Hunde sind Ã¼berall willkommen!Ob Restaurant,Bar,LebensmittelgeschÃ¤ft und an den Ã¶ffentlichen StrÃ¤nden...Ã¼berall sind die Hunde beliebt.Ausser an den kostenpflichtigen StrÃ¤nden fÃ¼r Menschen,dÃ¼rfen die Hunde nicht mit. Recco ist sehr hundefreundlich! Wir werden gerne wieder bei Ihnen buchen.Der ganze Service war top!Alles reibungslos abgelaufen?

Eigentlich kÃ¶nnen wir keine VorschlÃ¤ge machen. Es gab Ã¼berall Platz, um sich zurÃ¼ckzuziehen, im Hause und draussen. Die Terrasse war gut mit Tisch, StÃ¼hle und Grill bestens ausgestattet, der Privatstrand mit LiegestÃ¼hle auch. Ausflugsziele: Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, La Spezia mit Portovenere, Cinque Terre. Shopping in Genua. Restaurant D'Ã– Vittorio und Focacceria Tossini, in Recco Restaurant Skipper in Santa Margherita Ligure.
