Funghi al funghetto - Side Dish
This Ligurian mushroom dish is prepared with simple ingredients. The flavour of the mushrooms
is in focus with this dish.
1 – 2 tbsp. tomato sauce,
Wash and slice mushrooms. Heat some olive in a frying pan, add garlic, cloves, oregano and
the tomato sauce, simmer and add mushrooms after 5 minutes. Simmer for 30 minutes on a low
heat. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
