The golf facilities in Liguria offer challenging courses due to the Maritime Alps, and the levels of difficulty range mainly from medium to difficult, especially in the Arenzano, Garlenda and St. Anna Clubs, whereby only the last two clubs mentioned have a driving ranch as well. If you are looking for a much simpler course with 9 holes, then you had better take up residence near La Spezia, Lerici, and the Circolo Golf Marigola. Temperatures in winter can very well rise up 20/25 degrees when the sun is shining, but there is a lot of wind to contend with. You can then make an order for tea in the club house in order to warm up.
